Immigration Compliance Posting
Employers sponsoring their employees for H-1B Work Authorization must submit Form ETA 9035/9035E Labor Condition Applications (LCAs) that have been certified by the United States Department of Labor (DOL) as part of the H-1B Temporary Worker petition. Before filing a Labor Condition Application, the employer must post information about the position at each work site for a minimum of ten working days.
