Temple University and Temple University Health Systems must submit Form ETA 9035/9035E Labor Condition Applications (LCAs) that have been certified by the United States Department of Labor (DOL) as part of the H-1B Temporary Worker petition. Certain Temple University-sponsored Legal Permanent Resident petitions must include Labor certification under PERM - an attestation-based process where the employer files its labor certification application (Form ETA 9089) with DOL. Before filing either a Labor Condition or Labor Certification Application, ISSS must post information about the position for a minimum of ten working days.
