Office Hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday
8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time)

Thursday Hours: 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time)

Walk-in Hours:
Monday through Friday
1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time)

Students should plan to visit the International Student and Scholar Services office at least 30 minutes before the end of the walk-in period. If you have an issue that you believe will take more than fifteen minutes to discuss, please call the office at 215 204 7708 and ask to be scheduled for an appointment.

During walk-in hours, students/scholars may:

• Ask general questions related to employment, immigration status, etc.
  
  
• Request a signature to re-enter the U.S. in F-1 or J-1 status. Documents should be signed within six months of the date students/scholars intend to re-enter the U.S. Visit the travel and re-entry section for all the necessary documentation.
  
  
• Request signatures on social security letters
