You need to update your I-20 if you need any of the following items. The best way to make the request is through email, but if you prefer you may use the "General Request form". If you choose to email, be sure to put your name and TUID in the request. Either way (email or general request form), please allow five working days for your request to be processed. You will receive an email when your request has been processed.

Want your spouse and/or children to come to the U.S in F2 status.
You must copy and paste the table below into an email message. You must provide sufficient financial documentation to have your family join you as dependents. Attach additional documentation in the amount of $4000 for your spouse and $2500 for each child who plans to join you in the U.S. An I-20 will be generated and your family will be eligible to apply for dependent visa status. you should check with the Embassy or Consulate to which your family will be applying to find out what other materials they will need. Need to replace your current document because it was lost OR you've run out of signature spaces. Send an e-mail ois@temple.edu and request that the document be reprinted.
In all of the cases above, we will generate the I-20 and email you when it is ready. We will either mail it to you at your current address or you can come and pick it up.
