Camille Monahan earned a B.A. in History from Purdue University in 1995, a masters degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois in 2001, and is currently a law student and Thomas Moore scholar at Marquette University Law School. She is interested in the issues of race, gender, and justice in the workplace. Currently, she is working on a project to understand how unionism is succeeding in the Barbadian service economy even as many scholars theorize that unionism in the American service economy is doomed to failure.
