Since its founding in 1967, ISR has made numerous contributions to policy planning at local, state, and national levels, gathering data via personal, telephone, mail, and web interviews. We plan and carry out every facet of survey research and evaluation projects, from design consultation and budgeting to analysis and report writing. The Institute is one of only three university-based survey research facilities in the United States capable of conducting large-scale in-person surveys representative of the entire U.S. household population.
