Note: Registrations
for PRESENCE 2001 are no longer being accepted.
Registration costs were $160 (USD) for individuals
with an academic, governmental, or non-profit affiliation; $250 (USD) for
individuals with a corporate affiliation; and $90 (USD) for graduate students
presenting a paper at the Workshop. This fee included admission to all
Workshop sessions, dinner on the first evening, the closing luncheon, two
buffet lunches, and three continental breakfasts.
Standard registration ended Friday May 14, 2001.
For registration after May 14, a surcharge of $50 was incurred for all
categories.
To register for the Workshop, individuals were asked
to follow a link at the bottom of this page. They were asked to fill out
and electronically submit the PRESENCE 2001 Registration Form and then
print the PRESENCE 2001 Payment Form, fill it out, and either fax or post
it to:

Payment was made using credit card or money order
(in US dollars) only.
Registrants received email confirmation of registration
as soon as the Payment Form was processed. The maximum number of
attendees was 100 people. Registrations were dealt with on a first
-come, first-served basis.
Refunds of registration fees were given (minus a
$25 processing fee) on request until March 31, 2001.
