From August 16, 2007:

Notes

All registrants will receive an email confirmation that they have been registered for the conference following receipt of this form (online or a mailed hard copy) and their payment.

All registrants will receive a hard copy receipt (proof of payment) when they check in at the beginning of the conference (or before if requested).

Fifty percent of the fees will be refunded only if written request of cancellation is made 10 working days prior to the conference, i.e., by Thursday October 11. No refund can be made for cancellation after this date.

If you are prevented from attending the 15conference, you may pass on your registration to a colleague (if this should happen please please notify Giulio Ruffini).
