Arrangements and expenses for travel and accommodations are the responsibility of each participant in the conference. However, where possible members of the Conference Organizing Committee will be glad to help attendees make arrangements. Accommodations Attendees are advised to reserve accomodations as soon as possible as Barcelona hosts many conferences in October. Starlab has arranged discount rates for PRESENCE 2007 attendees at several hotels within walking distance to the conference site. Complete details and contact information for the hotels is available in a .pdf file here. October is a busy month in Barcelona, with most of the business fairs taking place, so conference attendees are strongly urged to book in advance if they do not want to have problems finding a room. Starlab has block-booked several rooms in each of the hotels. Rooms block-booking will be valid until the dates specified below. Starlab cannot ensure room availability in these hotels after the specified dates. To book and receive the discounted hotel rates attendees need to email the hotels and specify in their reservation email that they are attendees of PRESENCE 2007.
