Accommodations and Transportation
Arrangements and expenses for travel and accommodations are the responsibility
of each participant in the conference. However, where possible members of the
Conference Organizing Committee will be glad to help attendees make arrangements.
Accommodations
ISPR has arranged discount rates for PRESENCE 2006 attendees at
The Crowne
Plaza Cleveland City Centre Hotel, a modern high-rise hotel featuring 472
deluxe guestrooms and suites. The rooms are "larger than typical with a minimum
of 250 square feet each and have a panoramic view of downtown Cleveland or
Scenic Lake Erie. Standard amenities include complimentary coffee and tea
service, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, working desk, and data port
telephone with voice mail and High Speed Internet Access." There's a Fitness
Center and complimentary breakfast buffet in the hotel restaurant each day. "The
Crowne Plaza is strategically located for convenience to all downtown Cleveland
activities and just minutes to the Cleveland State University Campus... The
exciting Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the new Great Lakes Science Center are
just two blocks away. Many additional shopping, sporting events, dining, and
nightlife options are equally accessible to our guests."
The discounted costs of the rooms are:
Single Rooms: $119.00
Double Rooms: $129.00
Suites, from: $169.00
Club Level Rooms, which provide enhanced accommodations, access to The Club
Lounge, concierge services, and amenities such as bathrobes, complimentary
mineral water, and nightly turndown service, are available upon request for $20
additional per night.
These rates are subject to state and local tax that currently total 15%.

Transportation
The Cleveland area is served by
Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE).
Once you're in Cleveland you can take the
Regional Transit Authority (RTA)'s red line to downtown Cleveland via the
Tower City Station. The trip takes less than 30 minutes, and trains depart from
CLE every fifteen minutes for the majority of the day. Full details are
