Registration and Hotel booking will be handled by "Aalborg Tourist and Convention Bureau". Hotel rooms at special prices (about 100 euro / night) have been pre-booked for the workshop.

All registration fees include conference materials, refreshments during breaks, lunches and Conference dinner. Dinner tickets for accompanying persons will be available.

 Transportation          

SAS is the Official Airline of the Conference. Follow this link to obtain special conference fares.

Aalborg Airport is only 7 km from down town Aalborg. There are 12 scheduled return flights daily to Copenhagen Airport (SAS) and a few to Billund Airport.

Aalborg Railway Station (DSB) is on "direct track" with Germany (DB) and Sweden (SJ).

By Car you can reach Aalborg on European Highway E45 (Vejdirektoratet), which also connects directly to Germany (300 km) and Copenhagen / Sweden (400 km).
