Delicious game from Pennsylvania farms, fresh vegetables from New Jersey gardens, seafood from the Chesapeake. You will dine unhurriedly, served by a poised waitstaff.

Delaware Valley Mixed Green Salad with Hearts of Palm, black olives, and cherry tomatoes. Choice of dressings include Olive Oil and Red Wine Vinegar or Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette.
