 The Presence Bibliography
   SUBMISSION FORM


    ISPR members can submit bibliographic information about scholarly works they recommend be added to the presence bibliography by completing all relevant fields in the form below. Note that the scholarly work must have been published and be generally available to researchers (thus, dissertations are appropriate but conference papers - unless they appear in generally available proceedings, unpublished master's theses, and specialized or technical reports are not appropriate).

    Author names should be entered last name first followed by a comma, first name (or first initial followed by a period), and middle initial followed by a period. Each entry must be separated by a semi-colon. For example:

    Smith,J.R.; Jones, Robert K.; Adams,Mary; etc.

    If the Author has a title, place a comma after the middle initial and add the title followed by a period. For example:

    Green,Adam J.,Dr.; Berg,James,II; etc.

    Use same format as for author(s).

    Series editor(s):

    Use same format as for author(s).

    Secondary title (e.g., book title for book chapter reference):

    Do not use abbreviations.

    Include four digits. For undated references enter "n.d."

    Pages:

    Journal Articles and Book Sections should have a Start Page, and the Other Page should be the last page of the reference. In a Whole Book reference the Start Page field should contain the total number of pages in the book and the Other Page field should be blankd to be filled in.

    Key words and phrases assist others in locating the reference in the future. Use a semi-colon to separate each descriptor.

    IMPORTANT: The online presence bibliography is periodically updated by searching citation databases ComAbstracts, Computer Abstracts, PsycINFO and ISI Web of Science using the keywords below; if the work you are submitting does not contain any of these terms please use this field to suggest keywords that will locate this and similar works in future updates.
