Registration Costs

NOTE: REGISTRATION COSTS WILL BE POSTED HERE SOON. THE FEES BELOW ARE FOR PRESENCE 2007.

Early registration for PRESENCE 2008 will open on May 5 and close on September 5; late registration will open September 6. Online registration will close October 1, after which only on-site registration will be permitted.

Before or on August 15, 2007:
(NOTE: Early registration rates remain available for any authors who have not received notice of acceptance/rejection of their work):

150 EUR (200 USD) - Graduate students
300 EUR (400 USD) - Individuals with an academic, governmental, or non-profit affiliation
400 EUR (530 USD) - Individuals with corporate affiliation
75 EUR (100 USD) - Companion

From August 16, 2007:

200 EUR (265 USD) - Graduate students
375 EUR (500 USD) - Individuals with an academic, governmental, or non-profit affiliation
500 EUR (660 USD) - Individuals with corporate affiliation
100 EUR (130 USD) - Companion

All registration fees include conference materials, refreshments during breaks, lunches and conference dinner/reception.

Accommodation will be paid by attendees directly to the hotel.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Attendees are strongly advised to check travel Visa requirements, as a Visa may be required for entry into the country, that it may take substantial time to obtain one, and that a letter from the conference for Visa justification is available.
