Karen Dietz, Ph.D. (kdietz@polaris-associates.com) received her doctorate in Folklore from the University of Pennsylvania and has been working with organizations for over 15 years. As a Folklorist, she applies her expertise in the areas of corporate culture, values and vision, identity formation, product development and team building.
