Sharon A. Barkley-Samuels is the project coordinator for IPA, where she has been employed fulltime since October, 2005.  Prior to becoming the project coordinator for IPA, she worked eighteen months as the project coordinator for POMP (Philadelphia Outcome Measurement Project), which currently falls under the auspices of IPA.  Sharon holds a MS in Criminal Justice, with an emphasis on Juvenile Justice, which she received from West Chester University.  Her primary focus of employment has been in the area of child welfare and family services. Sharon currently resides in Melrose Park with her husband and two children.
