Inclusive Leadership in Action

Do you currently serve on a decision-making body? Take this survey for board members.

Dear Board Member,

We invite you to participate in this brief survey to help us learn the current mindset of local board members regarding diversity and the best way to support decision making bodies to expand their leadership reach and effectiveness through meaningful inclusion of qualified people with disabilities.

The Inclusive Leadership in Action project is a grant funded initiative awarded to Temple University's Institute on Disabilities by the Pennsylvania Developmental Disabilities Council. Community collaborators include Leadership Harrisburg; The Coro Center for Civic Leadership: Pittsburgh; Self Advocates United as One and JT Consulting Services. The purpose of the project is to support community organizations to include people with disabilities on their decision-making boards.

Thank you for taking this very brief survey. In under 10 minutes, your participation and comments help us to better our communities by expanding diversity awareness and leadership.
