regional diversity Education Center

The Center for Social Justice and Multicultural Education educates and trains individuals and organizations to become multiculturally competent. The CSJME sponsors programs to educate, train and inspire administrators, faculty, corporate professionals, and community leaders to understand and embrace multiculturalism as a core organizational and leadership principle. The CSJME organizes conferences, seminars, workshops, webinars, webilogues, lectures, films and retreats to develop participants’ awareness, skills and knowledge of multicultural competency and social justice.

Additionally, CSJME brings together regional and national leaders to develop organizational structures for collaboration, networking, and leadership development and to support collaborative research efforts and policy analysis. As a place where others come to learn how to be more diverse numerically, intellectually and culturally, CSJME provides extensive diversity training and offers a talented pool of consultants, speakers and workshop facilitators.
