TUGSA COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT

We are happy to announce that beginning with the 2008-2009 academic year, students will be able to enroll for health insurance directly through Independence Blue Cross (IBC). IBC will offer direct billing on a monthly basis and health insurance charges will no longer be placed on the tuition bill. The new online enrollment website will be familiar to those who have enrolled in the past through the OWLnet system, with the same plan options that were previously available. Students will also be able to call and speak with an IBC customer service representative who is dedicated to assisting Temple students. The toll-free IBC customer service number is 888-516-8309.

IBC's enrollment site will go live within the next few weeks. We will post a link to the site as soon as it becomes available. We will also send a communication via e-mail to all full-time students announcing the open enrollment period.
