Transition to Taleo Talent Management System

As recently announced, the university is excited to announce the launch of Taleo, the new applicant tracking system.

Transition for STAFF and STUDENT Hiring
The university will begin using Taleo for all staff and student hires effective Tuesday, May 17, 2016. The last day to post a position in iGreentree will be Tuesday, May 10, 2016. Neither iGreentree nor Taleo will be accessible from Wednesday, May 11 through Monday, May 16, 2016. Posting for staff and student positions will resume on Tuesday, May 17, 2016.
Existing STAFF Requisitions
Any staff requisitions that are active in iGreentree on Wednesday, May 11, 2016 and are not yet filled will be moved to Taleo by HR staff. This includes all attendant information such as applicants. Your HR Generalist will speak with you about the process of transferring your existing requisitions from iGreentree to Taleo.
Existing STUDENT Requisitions
Any student requisitions that are active in iGreentree on Tuesday, May 10, 2016 and are not filled will need to be recreated in Taleo by the hiring departments. Departments should use this opportunity to make sure that all student requisitions are current before creating requisitions in Taleo. All students will be considered internal candidates and their data will be imported from Banner into Taleo.
Transition for ADJUNCT FACULTY Hiring
Appointments for Summer I and II only can continue to be made in iGreentree through Monday, July 11, 2016. Hiring for Fall 2016 will transition to Taleo effective Tuesday, May 17, 2016. Schools and colleges will be required to create new requisitions for any appointments to begin in Fall 16 or later. Existing adjuncts will be considered internal candidates and their data will be imported from Banner into Taleo.
Training for all individuals who will use Taleo to hire will begin on Wednesday, May 11th. Training will be held daily through Wednesday, June 1, and then continue three times per week through July.
