_______________________________ Labor and Employee Relations negotiates and administers collective bargaining agreements on behalf of Temple University. It resolves employee/management disputes involving union and non-union employees, provides guidance to supervisors and administrators concerning discipline, conducts grievance hearings, and participates in arbitrations and other administrative proceedings. The Labor and Employee Relations unit also acts as a liaison between departments and Human Resources, assists with department reorganizations, manages unemployment compensation, and conducts exit interviews. _______________________________ |
