Organizational Hierarchy Systems

 

Org Plus Charting Hierarchy tool now available

The Temple Hierarchy system is of key importance to multiple programs used by HR including the Performance Development System and the Salary Increase system.

The Org Plus “Enterprise” internet charting program is now available and can be used to produce organization charts directly from the hierarchy. Temple managers and employees may now access charts using Org Plus for the overall university and sub units.

Using Org Plus and the charts it offers provides an overview needed to more readily verify reporting relationships, position titles and department assignments and helps to ensure an up to date hierarchy.

Departments are strongly encouraged to use the program to verify their hierarchy and make changes. Having an updated hierarchy is critical for the Performance Development, Salary Increase and Time Management systems. Updates and changes to the hierarchy are completed by sending an email to orgchart@temple.edu.
