TUChart Hierarchy tool now available
The Temple Hierarchy system is of key importance to multiple applications used by the university community including the Performance Development System and the Salary Increase system.
The Human Resources Department is pleased to announce the release of a new Enterprise charting program, TUChart. TUChart is used to produce high quality organizational charts directly from the university's hierarchy.
TUChart provides a method of readily verifying reporting relationships, position titles and department assignments and helps to ensure an up to date hierarchy.
Having an updated hierarchy is critical for the Performance Development, Salary Increase and Time Management systems. Departments are strongly encouraged to use the program to verify their hierarchy. Updates and changes to the hierarchy are completed by sending an email to email@example.com.
