Total Wellness is the University's new revitalized comprehensive wellness program. This program is for you and will assist you in taking a more holistic approach to wellness, moving beyond physical fitness and providing you with a personalized on-line health assistant to guide you throughout your wellness journey.

The 2014 to 2015 Total Wellness program will be lunched in mid July.

****"Ready! Set! Move!" Challenge*******

Congratulations to all who participated in the Ready! Set! Move! Activity Challenge. The results are in and the top Team is Pearson Hall with the most activity minutes logged during the 8 week challenge. There were 20 teams with 302 employees participating in the challenge. Each member of the winning team and the top three overall performers will receive a Total Wellness gym bag and one entry into the grand prize drawling to be held at the end of the plan year, June 30, 2014.

"Hit Your Stride" Walking Challenge - The 8 week walking challenge ended November 23rd, 2013. The winning team and the top three overall walkers each received a Total Wellness gym bag and one entry into the grand prize drawing.
