The Total Wellness program is for you and will assist you in taking a more holistic approach to wellness, moving beyond physical fitness and providing you with a personalized on-line Achieve Well-being programs to guide you throughout your wellness journey.

New Resources:
Prasada Wholebeing@work offers four 8 week 15 minute online programs focused on mental health support through mindfulness and stress management. Each of the four 8 week programs will focus on one FIX theme, beginning with Building a Mindfulness Practice, Nourishment for the Wholebeing, Gratitude and Mindfulness and Connecting with Family, Friends and Nature. Team Challenges:
Total Wellness is sponsoring two 4 week team challenges through Blue Cross. Each challenge will provide you with an opportunity to earn 10 credits for participating and completing the required activities. Both challenges will run simultaneously, so you can participate in one or you can participate in both. Challenge details and registration
