generic brands and 20% of the wholesale cost for brand name prescriptions at the pharmacy.

Full-time employees covered by other bargaining agreements are also eligible for prescription drug coverage with CareMark. These employees pay $5.00 for generic prescriptions and $10.00 for brand name drugs at the pharmacy.
