Disability Insurance

Short term and long term disability benefits provide a level of income replacement, as well as continued benefit plan coverage, if you become disabled and are unable to work.

If you are enrolled in a disability plan, all health (i.e. medical, prescription, dental and vision insurance), welfare (i.e. tuition remission) and pension benefits you are enrolled in at the time of disability will continue AT NO COST to you during the time you are on an approved disability leave and are receiving periodic payments from the disability carrier.
