Temple University conducts an annual open enrollment period to allow employees the opportunity to enroll or make changes to medical plans, pension plans and flexible spending accounts.

REMOVING DEPENDENTS FROM BENEFITS AND/OR CANCELLING ANY BENEFITS:
Effective the 1st of the month following receipt of the change form (please contact the Benefits Office at 215-204-1321 to obtain a change form).
CHANGING BENEFICIARIES ON LIFE INSURANCE POLICIES:
Effective the day the beneficiary change form is received in the Benefits Office.
