Visiting Honors

The Honors Program would like to offer you the opportunity to experience Temple University and the Honors Program first hand. There is no better way of getting to know both the university and the program than coming for a visit. Meet the Honors Staff and current students, visit a class, take a tour of the Honors Living-Learning Community, and receive answers to all of your questions.

We request that you schedule your appointment at least two weeks prior to the date you would like to visit. All Honors visits are scheduled through the Honors Office, and we prefer them to be on a Monday or Friday. To schedule your appointment please contact our visit coordinator:

 Honors is located in 204 Tuttleman Learning Center on Main Campus.

Temple is also easily accessible by public transportation using the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA)

Accommodations

The Conwell Inn, with 22 deluxe guest rooms and suites, is located on campus, but rooms are reserved quickly. If you are interested in staying at the Conwell Inn please make your reservation well in advance. A number of Philadelphia hotels offer discounted rates for guests conducting business with Temple University. Be sure to mention you would like the Temple University Rate when making your reservation. Most hotels on this list are located in Center City Philadelphia, which is about a 10 minute cab ride from campus.
