Use this form if you wish to turn a non-Honors course into an Honors course. See the cover sheet for more information on course eligibility and requirements. Return this form to the Honors Program office when you have obtained the necessary signatures. *Please note: You are allowed a maximum of two contracts to count towards your Honors Program requirements.

If you are on a degree-granting accelerated track with Temple Health Scholars then this form will help us track your remaining Honors course requirements (if you have any) during your first year of professional school. Return this form to Honors Program office.

Honors Program Petition - Additional Contracts/Amended Requirements

If you have two or fewer semesters remaining at Temple, and you will not be able to complete Honors Program requirements through standard Honors course offerings and the maximum allowed contract total, you are eligible to submit this petition for additional contracts or amended requirements. More information is on the form itself. *Please note: Petitions for 2012-2013 are due on May 11th.
