The "Dissent in America Teach-in," in collaboration with the Center for Force and Diplomacy, presents Russian Filmmaker Vladimir Sinelnikov on “The Pirates of Somalia”

Mr. Sinelikov, an investigative journalist, will be speaking about his trip to piracy-ridden Somalia and will be showing the documentary film he made.
