Francis Ryan

Francis Ryan teaches recent United States history, specializing in labor and urban studies. His research focuses on interracial unionization in the public sector and working class politics. His first book, AFSCME's Philadelphia Story: Municipal Workers and Urban Power in the Twentieth Century was recently published by Temple University Press.
