The Pennsylvania Department of Aging has established the Institute on Protective Services at Temple University´s School of Social Administration, Harrisburg Campus. The Institute has been set up to provide educational opportunity and investigative consultation to the Commonwealth´s 52 area agencies on aging and local law enforcement.

The Institute is a collaborative endeavor of the Department of Aging and Temple University. It operates with funds provided by the Department.
