Part-time Master of Social Work Program in Huntingdon at Juniata College

Temple University´s School of Social Administration is making the MSW program more accessible to people in the Huntingdon area. To achieve that goal, we are now recruiting a third cohort of students to begin the Temple University MSW program located on the campus of Juniata College starting in Fall 2008.

  • The MSW courses will be offered starting in Fall 2008, if sufficient numbers of students are admitted to the program.
  • Classes will be held at Juniata College in Huntingdon. For directions to Juniata College please visit their web site at
  • 100% (60 credits) of the MSW courses will be provided at Juniata College.
  • This is an evening and Saturday based program.
  • Teaching provided primarily by Harrisburg based full-time faculty and some locally recruited adjuncts.
  • The MSW concentration will be Clinical Social Work Practice with Individuals, Families, and Small Groups.
  • Future cohorts and sequences of courses would depend on need and number of students admitted in this region.
  • Regular application, deadlines, and admission process would be used.
  • Course content, expectations, and quality will be the same for classes provided in Huntingdon as they are at all Temple campuses.
