FDC Program StructureTemple University Harrisburg provides national coordination of the FDC program, maintains a national database of credentialed workers and monitors fidelity to the FDC training model. The program is managed at a state level by a lead agency that has partnered with the national office to coordinate FDC activity within that state. A State Coordinator works for the lead agency within their state. State Coordinators serve on the Temple National FDC National Board. The Board serves as the governing body, responsible for making decisions, establishing policy and provides implementation guidance to the national office. Currently 20 states have active FDC programs. |
