Program DescriptionThe doctoral program in Educational Administration prepares professionals for leadership positions in the direction and management of K-12 and higher education. This includes preparation for the roles of school principal, business administrator, and superintendent. Graduates typically assume administrative positions in schools, school districts, colleges and universities, and in state and federal education agencies. They may also pursue positions as professors of educational administration and engage in the development of new knowledge within the discipline through research.
