Third Party Billing

If your employer is paying your tuition up front, they must write a letter verifying that they will pay the tuition in full upon receiving a bill. The letter must be dated, signed and verified on company letter head. The letter should be sent to Temple University Harrisburg, 234 Strawberry Square, Harrisburg PA 17101 to the attention of Shellie R. Smith, Student Financial Services Specialist.

Note: If your employer offers tuition reimbursement, this is NOT 3rd Party Billing. You are responsible to pay your tuition up front and your employer will reimburse you. The school will not hold your bill until you receive the funding from your employer.
