Loss and Grief

Throughout the life cycle individuals experience various losses of persons, places, and things. The complexity of reactions to such losses impacts individuals, family systems and communities. This course will address concepts of a theoretical nature to help students and professionals better understand the grief process. By recognizing the impact of grief, providers will have a better understanding of how to address and treat these issues clinically.

7 Continuing Education Hours

SOCIAL WORKERS:
