InstructorBruce Schaeffer earned both his bachelor and masters degree in education at Temple University. He also holds the credential of an internationally certified criminal justice addiction professional. Bruce is currently a self employed contractor for a range of agencies in the southeast region of the state providing counseling and forensic counseling. Bruce has been a trainer and consultant since 1987 in the areas of substance abuse, and HIV/AIDS.
