Internet Access

Temple is considered the 4th most connected campus in the U.S., providing hundreds of computers, wifi hot-spots and online resources for students, faculty and staff. As a visitor, you will be able to check your email and surf the web at computer kiosks in the Annenberg Atrium, next to the entrances of our building. For other options, ask your hosts for assistance. Only registered users have access to the wi-fi networks and the most of the computer labs. Unfortunately, past problems with fraud required the University to put some heavy restrictions on internet access, closing these resources to the general public. This means you will not be able to get online at Temple using your own laptop. There are many free wifi cafes throughout the city, if you need to be able to work online while visiting Philadelphia.

Philadelphia Sights

Of course, Philadelphia is a city full of history and sights to see. There is a lot to read online about local sights, including Temple's guides to the Historical District, Local Interests, and Center City.
