To apply to the the Los Angeles Internship Program, complete and submit the following Application Package:
(1) LA Internship Application
(2) Student Statistical Record
(3) Agreement and Release Form
(4) Study Abroad-Assumption of Risk and Release
(5) Two (2) Faculty Academic
References
(6) Two (2) Separate Deposits Checks-Tuition Deposit/$300, Housing Deposit/$200. Both checks should be made payable to TEMPLE UNIVERSITY.
(7) Students from other Universities and/or returning Temple students are required to fill out the Student Statistical Record for New and Returning Students form and the Visiting Student Registration form.
Applications will not be considered if they are not accompanied by the two separate deposit checks listed above.
