What is Your Food Worth?  Jews and Food Choices

"What Is Your Food Worth?" Temple University' s Feinstein Center in partnership with the Gershman Y, the National Museum of American Jewish History, and Congregation Rodeph Shalom.

Over the course of two years, these institutions will pose and answer the question in multiple ways.  The public will be invited to engage in the discussion through a series of programs bringing together historians, scholars of religion, kosher bakers, organic farmers, labor activitsts, chefs, and foodies to investigate how American Jewish life and thought is articulated, contested, marketed, lived and digested.
