Maintenance Operations is responsible for the delivery of trade services required for the maintenance of and renovations to University facilities and property. Service shops, staffed by skilled tradespersons and general mechanics include; Carpentry, Plumbing, Painting, Electrical and Locksmithing. Our work is initiated through preventive maintenance schedules, maintenance inspections, housekeeping department inspections, client initiated work requests, the repairs email box and emergency dispatch.
