The Department of Engineering and Construction
is responsible for maintenance of buildings and infrastructure, utility
generation and distribution, and operation and maintenance of mechanical
and electrical systems on the Main, Podiatric Medicine, Tyler, Ambler and
Health Sciences Campuses. It also provides operating oversight for Temple
University Health System, and management of renovations and new construction.
The department strives to deliver high quality service while efficiently
managing cost.
