Project Description: Phase 1 renovated the first floor of the Student Center to provide a 700-seat dining facility to serve the new 1000-bed residence hall, commuting students, faculty and staff. Also included in Phase 1 was the construction of a new 16,000 square foot entry atrium which provided an exciting new building facade and wheelchair accessibility via the primary building entrance. |
