Description: Provide a
full sprinkler system connecting to a newly installing fire alarm system for
central monitoring. Provide tamper and flow switches and connect them to
the fire alarm system for monitoring. Paint exposed piping red.
Include a new water service from the street with post indicator valve, backflow
preventer, and meter. Include earthwork and restoration of surfaces.
The system will include a fire pump and sequence controlling for total automatic
protection. Cut and patch masonry walls and floors as necessary.
