Project Description:  

Renovations to the 3rd floor of the Park Avenue Pavilion will bring Temple Hospital's labor and delivery unit six (6) new single room maternity care suites. Each suite will include a private bathroom with shower and function as a labor, delivery and postpartum recovery room for mom and baby. Finishes in the room have been selected to reduce the appearance of a sterile hospital environment. The project consists of 5 construction phases over the course of one year. The entire unit will remain operational during construction.
