The mission of this unit is to provide the necessary services to assure that all construction and renovation projects regardless of scope, are implemented in a timely manner, of high quality and at optimal cost.
 

This group is staffed primarily by management of operating areas, backed up by contract specialists and internal accounting support. The group is involved in every phase of the construction process, beginning with conceptual planning. It has managed over $300 million in renovation and construction projects since 1991.
