Littleton to Belgrade: Responses

As I am now working on the list, I starte to get messages from our reader. Maybe we can roll the snowball together with disciplinary strength generated from ethnic food such as Chinese stuff in European style.

Putting them on tables with a magnifying glass--a drawing Performance = bombing without being bombed
while audience clapping hands and feet
Breakthrough into performance = drawing from the filed experiences
of Littleton AND Belgrade and a few places between and betwixt
Context = doing it at midnight
Text = counting the dead and dying and putting them on tables
with a magnified glass made by Ancient-Pluto Ages Joint
and a turtle feather writing instrument
Genre = missiles; spokesman
Ethnic genre = dropping missiles on the ethnic others

Folktale = telling how hatred started once upon a time...
Myth = being reenacted
Proverb = words before AND after bombing; no killing no saying
Oral formula = killing and then saying "I'M SORRY."
Vernacular speech = words that come out as bombs fall
and when they go astray
Ritual = repeating patterned actions with physical actions
without symbolic and verbal actions
Liminality = being thrown out of your home by bombs
Rites de passage = running away from bombs and
working four bucks a hour and dying in exotic ways

Memory = outgrowth of differential identity as it creates destruction
and dislocation by means of violence
Globalization = bringing together the world through the techonological
breakthroughs and then bombing any corner of the earth
to which the tactical weapons stray
Locality = wherever bombs and bullets taking strolls
Translocal = yours becoming mine
Transnational = my blood running in your veins
Cross-ethnic = crossing state boundarie and killing the ethnic
Transmission = processes of relocating bombs and
displaying and displacing refugees
Identity = the ID card with your blood-frozen-body

Folklore = never caring about folk-war or folk-at-war
Public folklore = publicly throwing more folks to war
and then teaching them how to understand the terms of the brokered peace.
Academic folklore = weeping quietly under tenure(d)-track
for the folks at war
Applied folklore = dropping more bombs on the folks in or not in the war
Ethnomusicology = bombing, screaming, weeping...
played with missiles remotely controlled

Material culture = cult of torturing those who are torturing with
certain explosive material
Vernacular architecture = what is left to rebuild after the bombing
Foodways = cooking barbarious flesh with flames from firepower
toasting to mate with blood wine
Dress = not beautiful without blood stains

Barbarous = must be treated in a barbarous way
Violence = must be extinguished with weapons
Civilized = having more nuclear weapons
Dichotomy = you are my enemy, therefore I must kill you

Dictatorship = doing things at will, e.g., Hitler to Jews,
NATO without SC at UN
Human right = you should give birth to more human beings
so that I have the right to bomb them
Equality = you do wrong, so must I to correct you
Demo-cracy = some people control others
Charity = letting you bleed and then stroking you wounds gently
Education = you must do it so that the young can learn it;
there is no indirect knowledge
