LtC Martin Heuer, Ret..

Martin Heuer served in Vietnam from 1966 to 1967 with the 174th Assault Helicopter Company and the 14th Combat Aviation Battalion at Lane Army Heliport, located 12 miles west of Qui Nhon at Phu Tai. In 1970 he returned to Vietnam again to command the 341st Aviation Detachment co-located with the 25th Infantry Division at Cu Chi and with Headquarters, 165th Combat Aviation Group at Long Binh.
