About the Lab

The Center for Bioengineering and Biomaterials is located within the College of Engineering. It was established in order to serve as a central point for developing academic programs in Bioengineering, to increase awareness of the Bioengineering research agenda, to act as a clearinghouse for Bioengineering-related expertise at the University, and to facilitate interdisciplinary research. It's facilities are available for use by qualified Temple persons. Participation by faculty in Center activities such as seminars, grant proposal preparation, or teaching is voluntary.
