Transfering to the College of Engineering
Transfer students are an important part of the College of Engineering community. The College of Engineering has established transfer agreements, including university core-to-core courses, for transfer students to enroll in its civil engineering, electrical engineering, computer engineering, and mechanical engineering programs from the following colleges:
- Community College of Philadelphia
- Delaware County Community College
- Montgomery County Community College
- Lehigh Carbon Community College
The College has established transfer equivalency credits to the civil engineering, electrical engineering, computer engineering, and mechanical engineering programs from the following colleges:
- Bucks County Community College
- Camden County Community College
- Northampton Community College
Additionally, the College has established transfer equivalency credits for the engineering technology programs in civil and construction engineering technology and general engineering technology
from the following colleges:
- Community College of Philadelphia
- Delaware County Community College
- Montgomery County Community College
- Lehigh Carbon County College
- Camden County Community College
- Pennsylvania Institute of Technology
Additional colleges in the mid-Atlantic region
In general, students pursuing the Associate in
Science (AS) degree have experienced a more successful transition into one of the
College's engineering programs; students
pursuing the Associate in Applied Science
(AAS) degree have transitioned more successfully
into one of the engineering technology programs.
